Since I started playing hockey in 1994; food and sports nutrition has changed drastically! I knew at that time I couldn’t tolerate a hamburger at the cafeteria between ice sessions at hockey camp; but now I know why!

I want to bring you this knowledge so you don’t have to suffer GI consequences as well as learn from a young age how to fuel your body and performance optimally.

Nutrition is very personalized to begin with and then add sports and a persons potential health concerns it can get 🤯.

My goal is to simplify nutrition for you for your game and allowing you to fuel your body for optimal health and performance.
