Do you have a hydration plan?

For general hydration, we should aim to get 64oz of water per day or  8 - 8oz glasses of water.

Keeping a water bottle with you can be very helpful to achieving the general recommendations.

Let's talk nutrition and what your plate looks like.

Time changes, stay-at-home advisories, season changes, can all affect how our plates look and what we eat.

For a weight management plate, the goal is to have 1/2 your plate be non-starchy veggies

While I absolutely love this time of year and getting more daylight; for the next couple weeks our sleep patterns can be a little off.

Sleep is so important and typically undervalued

Are you always hungry??

Here are some things to consider:

You should actually be hungry every 3 to 4 hours!  So, expect every 3 or 4 hours to be consuming a carb and a protein for a snack OR for a meal your plate should consist of ¼ car
