Homemade Applesauce!

There is nothing like homemade applesauce from locally sourced vendors. This recipe is also SO simple!

11 Apples (I purchased these from Beckwith Orchards!)

2 Tbs Vermont Maple Syrup

1 Tbs REAL Vanilla

1/2 cup Apple Cider

1 cup Water

Cinnamon and Nutmeg to taste

Combine all ingredients into a stock pot. On medium heat, bring to a simmer. Simmer for about 20min or until the apples are soft. Mash apples as you would like!
